Allan has delighted his clients for 35 years, delivering business development, management consulting, organisational research and training services. With a background in social research and organisational behaviour, he has guided many organisations in reviewing and setting directions to achieve their desired results. 
He has lectured for the Australian Graduate School of Management in organisational behaviour, for the University of Tasmania and for the Public Sector Management Course.  He has been an Evaluator for the Australian Training Awards Judging Panels for a decade.
Allan is renowned for his ability to generate enduring and effective working relationships with and between people at all levels in an organisation and across industries.  He has built up a loyal client-base through his proven capacity to complete projects on time, to budget and with a positive impact on workplace climate.  
Allan enjoys meeting and working with people across all organisational levels and fields, diagnosing organisational challenges, designing and leading research projects and helping organisations and people to thrive.

Leiz has a vast repertoire of organisational development, leadership and HR skills and techniques, for which she has been sought out by a wide range of private, public and not for profit organisations.
She has led and collaborated on major initiatives for clients including: Norkse Skog Australasia and Asia’s leadership programs, Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency strategic planning and governance, strategic review of the Australian Script Centre leading to the creation of australianplays.org, and the Tasmanian Department of Treasury and Finance’s Leadership Toolbox.
Leiz has successfully worked as an organisational consultant and leadership coach for the last 18 years. Prior to that, Leiz worked in the Australian Public Service in senior management and project roles over 14 years, driving and facilitating many organisational changes that flowed from major APS reforms of the 80s and 90s.  This experience developed her passion for assisting people to distil clear business goals, translate strategy into results and to step up to the exciting and demanding challenges and opportunities of Australian workplaces in the 21st century. 
Leiz enjoys stimulating consultancy projects which help organisations to bring about meaningful change and productive results, as well as assisting individuals to realise their personal goals.
