Allan has delighted his clients for over 25 years, delivering business development, management consulting, organisational research and training services. With a background in social research and organisational behaviour, he has guided many organisations in setting directions and achieving their desired results.  He has lectured for the Australian Graduate School of Management in organisational behaviour, for the University of Tasmania and Public Sector Management Course.  Allan is renowned for his ability to generate enduring and effective working relationships with and between people at all levels in an organisation and across industries.  He has built up a loyal client-base through his proven capacity to complete projects on time, to budget and with a positive impact on workplace climate.  Allan is also a passionate guitarist, theatre producer and director. He delights in sharing time with his family and close friends, going to movies, on holidays and just hanging out

Leiz has a vast repertoire of organisational development, leadership and HR skills and techniques.  For 14 years Leiz worked in the Australian Public Service in senior management and project roles, driving and facilitating many organisational changes that flowed from the major APS reforms of the 80s and 90s.  This experience developed her passion for assisting people to distil clear business goals, translate strategy into results and to step up to the exciting and demanding challenges and opportunities of Australian workplaces in the 21st century. Leiz enjoys stimulating consultancy projects, travel, theatre and reading and enjoying the adventures of life with her family.

Brian Palfrey, Organisational Development Consultant who, after a career with Boots in the UK and then in senior management in the Australian tertiary sector, now specialises in strategic planning, organisational reviews, team building and training and development strategy.  Brian has a passion for non-fiction literature, writes poetry and enjoys a wide range of classical and contemporary music.

Shaun McNicholas, Organisational Development Consultant College and former College Director and Principal, South Australian Institute of Business and Technology who specialises in the research and development of significant policy and planning projects.  Shaun also enjoys writing and playing his own contemporary songs.

Adelaide Reisz, Publicity and Marketing Consultant specialising in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns and events.  Adelaide revels in meeting and linking people and creating a great atmosphere for any occasion. 

Richard Reisz, Media and Business Consultant, former ABC producer with extensive technical and management expertise in television, music and live productions and events in Australia and overseas.  Richard enjoys travel, great food, music, sport and lively conversation.
